DSO Eyewear Torq Shiny Black Smoke. Every DSO frame is made from superior nylon material (Grilamid TR-90) and used in our complete line of Injection Mold Frames. Grilamid is the ultimate nylon material for active sport sunglass frames, ultra-lightweight, tough, flexible, and resilient. The nylon is melted and injected into a shaped steel mold at extremely high pressure that creates each shape.
DSO uses superior polycarbonate lenses in all their frames. Polycarbonate lenses are 40x more impact resistant than glass and provide 100% protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Each lens is encapsulated in a tough and highly scratch resistant coating. All DSO lenses meet or exceed the American, Australian, and European standards for impact resistance.
